puttin wieght back on after being ill
i hate it when i get ill and eat maybe twice a day and thin away and lose so much size. I havent been to gym in 2 weeks and only just got back to eating properly. Whats the best way to get back to my old size and strength?

up the calories (clean calories though) and protein and train as heavy as you can, no easier route really
alot of people refer to 'muscle memory', eg if you stop training for quite a time and your muscles shrink, they will regenerate ALOT quicker than when you first grew them when you restart training, so dont worry too much
