Hi all, im goin in the paras in 3 months time. I am generally fit but struggling to get my mile and a half time down.

Needs to be minimum of 9m18secs, i am currently at 9m35secs.

Any tips on how to strenghthen my running.

Just started doing the weights on my legs so hopefully that will carry me a bit more.

Any advice??

Hi mate, thanks for getting back to me. I am training everyday and the 1.5 mile course i measured out consists of small hills, on a tread mill for 9 mins i would have to have a minimum speed of 16 kmph. WTF
