EPHEDRENE?
saw this mentioned on another forum.
Whats this like to use for weight loss? Was thinkin of using this (or equiv) with a stacker of caffine (sp) to get the xmas belly off

Eph' works well although im not a great lover of it as it makes me shake!
Best thing to do is try one first and see how you are of it, if you start feeling like your burning up, going to pass out or have a heart attck then sit down and relax......remember what you have taken and let the symptoms pass, about 3-4hrs.
If you get the shakes or find a slight pins and needles feeling in your feet, dont worry about it and carry on with it, that is if you dont mind those effects. Some folk dont get any sides, some get major. Take your first tab whilst at home and stay in for at least 1hr afterwards.
If your trying to get shot of the belly then diet really is the key bud

i already train 3 times a week, do various martial arts and eat reasonably healthily. had too much lager over xmas, and just fancy a quick help to shift it (in all fairness its prob not that bad, but i know im not as trim as i could be....)

I like it, really good fat burner when combined with asprin and pro-plus. Ive never taken speed but I imagine it's a similar feeling.
Don't take it for too long though, do a few weeks on then a few weeks off.
Do be mindful of palpatations etc as it wil raise your heart rate
Where are you ordering it from as I understood it's illegal to sell in this country.

True legit Eph's originaly came as 8mg tabs. Ephedrine tabs are the most faked tabs used. I have seen them come in all sorts of strenths, 8's, 25's, 50's and some even claiming that there Eph's were 100mg 
I got a load of legit ones. They made me shake so never used again......think there up in my 'supplement drawer'!! Might give one to my German Shepherd as this poxy Yorkshire terrier pops out from under this fence on our regular walk, nips my Shepherds foot then fucks off.....this micro machine dog chips, way to fast for my Shepherd to catch it and bite it back! Think an Eph tab might make the race a bit more equal

Do a bit og googling and you will find online suppliers of ephedrine as it isnt illegal in all countries, or ask down your local gym (obviously get matey with the people down there first, dont just come out with it
)

you can buy them from a few canadian websites, quite cheap as well (8mg)
on muscletalk the dose quoted quite often is 30mg ephedrine/200mg caffeine/75mg aspirin upto 3 times per day
personally i have never needed to use them doses, why use so high if you can get the desired effect from lesser doses
i normally take just the ephedrine and caffeine, never take the aspirin part of the stack
i up the dose gradually to avoid side effects like this;
days 1-4
8mg eph (1 tab) / 200mg (1 tab) caff in the morning
days 5-9
as above but morning and afternoon
days 10-14
8mg eph (1 tab) / 200mg caffeine (1 tab) in the morning and 16mg (2 tabs) / 200mg (1 tab) in the evening
days 15-19
16mg eph (2 tab) / 200mg caffeine (1 tab) in the morning and same again in the afternoon
if needed the course can be continued at the same dose or up if your not experiencing any sides
this can be run for a maximum of about 12 weeks, i never run for this long, personally i would do 4 weeks max then take a break then go back on, as imo the body will get used to and adjust to the new metabolic rate/body temps and stop being as effective

do these come from canada then mate?
you say take them in the evening, does this give you trouble getting to sleep?
when you take the 2 pills together does it give you a real "awake" buzz? do you get a buzzy feeling that would be awkward at work etc?
i run 5k's mon-fri on my lunch usually, sometimes swap the run for 45min swim. will these pills really help me burn fat? im struggling to lose 7-10 pounds i put on at xmas!! and thats doing loads of running!

with sleep it all depends on the person really, i personally take them 7.30am'ish then again about 3-4pm, but they are a speed like drug so can keep you awake
on the first time i done them i lost about a stone in 3 weeks, they do supress your appetite, make you feel slightly hotter and can give you a slight 'wired' effect, its not too unbearable, just makes you slightly edgy, i find it goes after a few days of starting them.
caffeine can make you more dehydrated so up your water intake while using them during workouts especially.

different with different people, some people dont feel any side effects eg the wired/buzz type effect, doesnt mean its not working though. just give it time and see how it goes

remember dont just go off the scale to see if your getting results, especially if you are doing any weight training as the muscle gain will be heavier than the fat loss - imo use the mirror and see how your clothes fit

im mostly doing cardio, either swimming or running. dont really do weights as i'm not 100% sure what i should be doing
i've DEFINITELY lost weight this week. 14st 5 on mon down to 14st 2.4lb this morning. Only started the pills on tue. my waist is deffo slightly smaller
a couple weeks ago i was 14st 7 and i hadnt weighed myself but was more than that at xmas for sure. im normally 13st 10 ish so put the beef on big style at xmas lol
i can feel the pills working too because you get the horrible wee burps. thats what happens when fat burns isnt it? bit like doing the atkins.
i'll keep posting with progress

definately sounds like they are working to me, at this stage its probably just getting rid of any water you were holding
ive never heard of 'wee burps' before so i couldnt really comment on that tbh
