Default love handles

i fucking hate them! and i have them REALLY bad!! always have.

im not so bothered about my general flab appart from the love handles. from the side i dont look that bad, tits are a bit soft and a little saggy and got a bit of a belly, although hardly bad. generally not too bad of a shape, but from the front or back....

ill have to post a pic to illustrate but i have a proper hourglass shape. i know its not possible to lose fat in a certain area, but i want to know if theres any easy way to excersize and increase the size of the muscles between my waist and underarm area to bulk out the gap and reduce the hour glass shape if you get me?

fucking does my head in! even when ive been slimmer i still have them.

i have this problem - see my wtf thread - and it seems there isnt.

situps should work, but then youll just have muscle underneath the fat. I wish eating did the opposite lol.

you need to start cardio workout. swimming and the cross trainer are good. Slowly but surely the fat will subside and the muscle you have worked by doing the sit-ups will start to show

I find crosstrainer the easiest cardio to live with, I like the way it trains up your abdomen, shoulders etc. as well as the obvious stuff like legs!
