ive heard of t-5 but not sure where to buy it from, do holland and barrett sell them ?

you can get T-5 from ebay. Dont think you can get them from the "shops" Remember to drink alot of water with them cos ive been told they are no good for your liver.
They do work well though. You wont feel hungry on them and they make you get the shakes abit.
Be carful though.

all fat burning tab on ebay are dodgy wouldnt bother u can get some from sunbed shops/ jym called stackers they work ok a lot of jym sell t5 under the counter

to be honest if there was a pill that made you lose 1 stone in a day or even a week dont you think everyone would be slim - your better off spening your money on a gym pass and good quality food
