Fitness? 5k and rowing
Guys
Im currently at the following
5k run on treadmill in 21.30 secs
then straight on to the rower
diff setting 8, 3000 m in 11.43 minutes
how am I doing?

dave your rowing fucking well for that time,longest i can row is 8 mins, i aim to do 1250m in 5 mins but my traps hurt like a mother fucker
8 mins if i take it easier but still the joints in my fore arms burn and the traps kill
running,,, aint got a clue what i do but i can do TOPS 10mins and if i do 11km per hour at elevation of 2
fair play on the running ect,, i find it soo fucking hard to do as i also get bored easy running for so long

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
Treadmills are ok if it's raining, but you can get impact damage. You will also not strengthen up your joints, tendons etc up as much as running outside. Get your ass outside
For a treadmill your 5km time is ok, but not quick.
