I do 40 minutes on the bike everyday at 15mph, I'm starting to get used to it a bit now so what would it be best to increase the average speed say 16 or 17mph or same speed but more time say 45 or 50 minutes?
That is a low average speed. Use the gears more and peddle at 90-110 rpm. You average should be nearer 20 if you are a regular. The pros will average 25+ regardless of terrain!!!!!!!!!!
