Lossing Weight But retaining Muscle
Hi was wondering if somebody could give me some advice,
Im 25 6 feet tall and use to weigh over 17 stone, with a conbination of weights and CV i have lost over 3 stone and am down to 14 stone, im still carrying access weight around my chest and gut, further dieting isnt a problem but feel im losing my arm muscle, was wondering if im better off losing all my weight then getting back on the weights or combine the two (CV and Weights) also what foods should i consume to keep muscle loss to a minumum, any help appreciated.

A combination of weights and cardio in the shape of circuit training provides 'bang for your buck' in terms of losing fat and maintaining muscle definition.
It's almost impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time but by reducing fat you are increasing your lean body mass.
