Default Any good "shake" recipes?

I take a whey protein after my gym workout, its "natural" flavour , what the fuck that means i dont know, it isnt the nicest , but any one got any good recipes??

Natural usually means no added flavour at all. Ideal if you get bored of the same ole shit day in day out as you can mix it with Nesquik or Crusher.

Apartently if you blend a can of tuna with coke you can't taste the tuna? I've never tried it as it sounds rank but a very good source of protein if your commited enough.

Cheers bud, yeah went for natural as I thought I could add stuff to make a change and thought the flavours would taste like shite....

How about a banana in there? Will try the nesquick..
