Default Just started my Uni rowing training - lordy me

lots of work on the ergos!!

6 times a week - incls weights training, yesterday was around 50 mins on the ergo, and totalled just over 11000m

similar again today,

found this website thats good for logging your cardio training if any ones interested - www.oarsport.co.uk

just thought i'd share that with you as I need a cuddle

totally off topic.

But is 3000meters in 11 mins dead, good on highest resistance??

Considering its the first time I went to the gym in well over 3 years

sounds good! What was your split time i.e the time over 500m?

would add though depends what your training for i guess, but 4.5 is natural water resistance on a concept rower, so...

Dunno about split times.. never looked.. I was more focused on beating my mate doing the 3000 meters next to me

I did 1238 metres on Level 10 in 5 mins the other day......then a few days later decided to have a go at 5000metres on Level 6 which I managed in 22.47secs.

Not sure how that compares.....

pretty good 5k time! log it on that site an you can compare it to next time, i knocked 40 seconds of my 2k time, is good to see when you make an improvement,

its madness to see how many m you've rowed, did 35k last week...
