ebay came up trumps got nearly 300k of disks all large non girly ones a smith machine bench and some different spin lock bars for Ł102

get some spin lock bars then add what you want iv got some bars and locks you can have

Spin locks are torture after a while, try and get the olympic things that you just squeeze and they clamp on

there ok for me mate cos i have a few sets i can leve the waights set for how i want them but the smith machine is olimpic type so some big squats coming soon

Yeah, I hate the spinlock ones too.

I've got some old school cast iron body sculpture weights from about 15 years ago and they have a sort of quick release clamp (like a bike seat pin release) I don't know why they changed everything to spinlock. I've also got a set of spinlock DB's and they constantly come undone.
