I use it as it gives me more energy and stamina, stack it with pro plus and asprin, its also a appetite supressent (sp) side effects are dry mouth, sweating and raised heart rate, also try and use it early in the day otherwise it might make it hard to sleep.

i dunno if you got any sorted yet but you can get eph and pure caffeine tabs from astro nutrition www.astronutrition.com
