Your favourite muscle group for working out!

Im guessing Im not the only one that has days that I cant wait for and others that "oh no its X day"

Until recently i've hated doing my delts & traps (Shoulders day) which is done on the same day as legs(both of which I banged up pretty bad a numer of years back)
Killer day and hits me hard the following day!

However of late I'm seing an over all bigger improvement in my delts and traps and strength is coming back to my legs .

So Shoulders/Legs day's is my favourite.

Whats your favourite and what day do you least enjoy!

Lol I generally hate deltoids and the upper arms as well. Also dont really like training triceps either.

I tend to like pecs/abs/biceps

biceps and chest all the way. hate doing back and don't bother with my legs as i hate it that much.

love doing arms and quite like legs. You should train legs, its supposed to stimulate the release of testosterone in the body.

you have to train legs otherwise you cant cary the rest of your body round

i dont ever train legs in the gym other than running

that said ive dropped everything off lately as a broke my hand some weeks back. i darent go back to thai until after wedding (this weekend ) as if it bust again there would be hell to pay lol

legs and stomach for me are horrible workouts.

BUT, i see legs as being as important as ANY other muscle group.

i laugh when i see big lads with skinny legs, think it's looks pathetic. and the thing is, it is nigh on impossible to correct the differences in upper and lower body size when your big up top, and skinny on the legs.

it would involve caning leg exercises (which are some of the slowest growing muscles in the body) and calming down upper body exercises.

which in reality would never happen.

so my advice to all is to do legs at least once a week, and burn them properly, or you'll look a right dick! at it is too late to rectify it later

Just right, legs are just as important as every other muscle group, I train them hard once a week.

i actually like training legs, always easy to get a good pump

the muscle group i least like training is back, its hitty missy as to wetehr or not it feels like the muscles are being worked

I used to love biceps but they have now become my least favourite for some odd reason.

Always have loved training chest. Never been a fan of shoulder as my joints hurt, due to me not being very flexable I think.

i hate doing back as it dont seem to be working, i tri's seem to have grown ALOT though i never actually train them as a excerise, i hate doing biceps too as i aint got a proper conentrated rest for em in my gym so im doing all sorts to make it comfortable to train them

i LOVE doing chest though as that seems to grow each day

need to sort my fucking backout though, deltoids, traps and chest are doing very well,,,,,,, but my back is like a fucking ironing board
