this is me as i am now just as i start training again




at the mo i am around 15 stone and 6 "2 i aint been to a gym in 4 year iv heard a body has muscle rememberance so it should be easier than the first time round lol

Jacko - because u r 6 "2 u arnt a bad size really , i'm 5 "11 and i weigh 14stone but quiet cut , i'd go quiet evey weights with lots of protein intake , best thing to do though mate is stay off the beer if u can , that makes loads of difference in my oppinion! i find it hard though , but it helps cut u up , if thats what u lookin to do?

u cant 'really' cut and bulk at the same time, even hardened competition body builders dont do both at the same time, you'll feel like your pissing in the wind.

ive just stated a bulking cycle for 10 weeks, gonna train hard, then when i come off the juice i'll eat right etc and cut up.

then its probably my last cycle as i dont like feeling stressed, theres enough of it in my life at the moment anyway! but the juice will have left the foundations of a good frame even if i dont touch the stuff again for a long time...

oh and jacko, looking good mate. you need to work on your ab's. your one of the lucky lads who has good difinition under your tits as standard...mine arent that great but that could be down to being 13% BF instead of down at 10% where you can actually see all the muscle lol

what body fat are you jacko?

i dont drink any more mate havnt for months cant realy be arsed with the pissed feeling any more

forever white i have absolutley no idea what body fat i am i know iv lost the abs in the last year they where always quite promenent as standard without even traning but it happens to us all lol

right new year is here and ike most other people im wanting to get back to it again before christmas i run out of weights and begane getting too buisy at work to train now its about time i made time to train
