Default opinions

for a mid morning snack on a cutting diet pan

1 egg scrambled with skimmed milk and pepper on brown bread ok?

also have whey and water at this time

struggling with the mid morn and mid afternoon snack ideas

Its ok, but if you want better results faster you'll want to bin milk all together, and try just using egg whites as thats where the protein is.

i'd also go as far as binning the whey as that'll just bloat you.
