how long will it take to loose my belly?

this is hard man ive been trying almost a year
im not a morning person and i start work early and work long days so i dont do the morning running
but i do go to the gym 5 days a week
i have tried many veriations i started on light weight trainning 30 mins cardion before work out and 10 mins afterwards
dint work
then i tryed 60 mins straight cardio no weights
didnt work
now im on heavy weight trainning for muscle mass and 40 mins cardio after each session,
i no its a bastard but the key is diet
im currently on a 5 small meal a day diet to speed up my metabolism and encourage my body to store less fat......
its working all be it slowly....
my muscle mass has come on in the last month ive been doin it but belly still here, goin slowly tho
heavy weight training will burn your blood sugar up so when u do cardio ur burning fat and by trainning muscle the body eats fat while repairing itself
its hard to stick to a diet ive only rely got to gribs with it im only 22 as well and enjoy a piss up the weekends, its hard to say no to a pint

Its not that hard depending how dedicated you are.
I managed to lose about 10" of gut in c.3 months by cutting all of the shite that I could from my diet. No drink, takeaways, replacing choccy bars with fruit. I am a fussy fucker when it comes to food though and dont eat vegetables, fish or much "uber healthy" stuff so you dont always need to be eating salad lol. Saying that I eat shit loads of meat especially chicken and beef so maybe thats why.
Never missed a session either, despite getting up most days and thinking fuck this
Im pretty certain losing a handful is fairly simple if dedicated enough. Dedication is the key!!
