Default Wrists

Hi all

I'm getting a little annoyed now with my wrists because of the lack of strength they have! They are very weak and fragile and I cannot properly swing punches at full strength cos I know they will hurt them like hell! Also when I hold weights and do bicep curls they hurt! I cannot push my body to the best of its ability cos my wrists hold me back.

I did that punching thing in the arcades a few years ago and it hurt my wrist when I threw the punch. Not cos I didnt throw it properly but cos my wrist is as weak as shit

I was wondering, anyone know how to strengthen them up?

Thanks

Get a bar and do forearm/wrist exercises I would suggest.

Give it a month and they will have improved.. I used to be the same

strap them up while you train also, could help building the strength up in them if you can lift weight whilst they are strapped?
