Default Well......I'm back on it again!!!!

My bike that is!!!! Dragged it out the garage, pumped the tyres up & stuck a new battery in my ECU! LOL!

Unfortunately I didnt keep this up - https://passionford.com/forum/viewto...asc&highlight= as to be honest it got boring & work got busier etc etc

But as of last night.....I've persuaded my mate Ste to come with me.

We did 8.1miles last nite, sprinted the last half mile or so, thought I felt fine until I got off the bike! LOL! Wobbly legs sir!!!

Feel cool this morning though & I'm looking forward to doing it again probably tomorrow evening or Saturday morning - makes all the difference if you go with someone!!!

Reason for starting up again....gained another few pounds around the belly area, purely alcohol & no exercises fault...that ends NOW! Especially after Kaylie my girlfriend said 'look at your belly'!!!

ROLFOL

I love it now though, do the gym and back 4x a week which is 3miles each way, and I try to keep the intensity high all the way there and back.

Not far in the grand scheme of things, but better than driving i guess.

Before I got a car, I rode my bike just about everyday for 2-3 years doing around 5 miles a day.

Sheds the weight off real quick

Tis a great feeling being on the bike - I try to commute on one of mine 3 times a week - which is a 42 KM round trip each time - You feel soooo much better than when getting the train

Im my younger days of down hill mountain biking... I was out all year round If I didn't come home muddy.... It wasn't a good ride!

Thing is.. I found women, sex, lapdancers, cars, drink and night shifts

Not been on a proper bike for years..

I will do soon.....
