Default just been to the jym....

and done a good chest workout but i never seen to ache in the morning but when i work another group of muscles i can feel them acheing. does this mean im not working them properly

i find if i alter my workout each week i can feel it more. ill do flat, incline bench, peck deck and cables then the next week i will do flat,decline and incline dumbels and flat fliers.

i also find if i get stuck on a certain weight on the bench ill do dumbels for three weeks then go back to the thing im stuck on and can usually do it

a good workout doesn't always mean pain afterwards, if your recovering quickly because your eating all the right things and you still see gains. its no problem at all.


altho will say i've never come away from a chest workout and not felt the ache for a couple of days lol.
