Default I've tried all kinds of things to loose weight and now...

It's starting to come off... And how? Swimming. I've only been going the gym a week and 3 days and I have noticed a difference. A small one but I'm doing good. Might even post a picture tomorrow so I can do a follow up in 3 months and so on...

you'll start to fluctuate in the first few weeks and then it will start to become apparent where the extra is heading

Great that your noticing a difference

I must admit Im hooked on swimming I love it
There can be days that I cant be anoyed with the gym, but the swim afterwards is enough to motivate me to haul ass and get the gym time in.

Andy_R Yea I've noticed a big difference considering how long I've been going.

Charlie Chalk I've cut down on crap alot but probably not enough.

I've cut out everything that I didnt need to eat (KFC's, Chocolate snacks etc) and I feel alot better!

plus I train 5 days a week...

if you start to "get healthy" then, until your body aclimatises itself to the changes, your wieght may go up as well as down, and sometimes it won't go anywhere at all
until you get to the point where it gets used to the things you are asking it to do

think of it as running an engine in, if you spank it from the word go it's going ot get fucked quickly
