Is that you moved since we were down last? or just you getting around to registering with the doc?

It is Claire yeah, but is likely a knock on effect of creatine(im told). Apparently its not uncommon to see increased levels with certain supplements.
Ive my annual health check next week, i've stopped my intake of creatine & will see what effects that has on my BP.....Im not overly concerned tbh, it does show that having your BP checked is worthwhile though.

I've been going to the gym since the 15th Feb and I'm really proud of what I've achieved so far. I've still got some toning to do but I'm getting there
It's amazing what running does for your bum too

clean bill is always good to hear
so for someone to say my results are "refer to gp" (as per their pru-health checklist) is, as i thought, a complete load of shit
my doc has told me this already after i went there on referral thinking i was dying
just wondered how i compared to other folk lol
what was funny was that when i questioned the equipment and told him to do a test on himself and tell me beforehand what his expected results were and the actual results being 15/10 higher respectively he still thought the equipment was spot on PMSL!!!!
beware of equipment that uses an electronic pump. the pulse sensor can sometimes pick up the noise/vibration of the motor, mix this with your actual heartbeat, and give a spurious reading. this came from my gp who said their surgery had just swapped back to analogue for this exact reason
so cannons of doncaster please accept these

I needed a medical for new job, 1st attempt:
sistolic 176
diastolic 102
age 37
height 6ft 6in
weight 123kg
My BP was much higher at one point I broke the 200 on the sistolic, nurse was looking for her phone to call an ambulance, silly cow
Said she was taking the p1ss ... well actually she needed some of that aswell for a Drug & Alcohol test!!! OMG
Then results were, as above except:
sistolic 142
diastolic 82
Thats better, although she reckoned running up and down the rugby field must be a little scary for the other players! What with the size of me. I am still 1 of the quickest over 100m ... but then I am well fooked!
