I'm a fat bastard and I'm getting bigger...
My weight doesen't arse me, I mean I aint massive but I am not slim. Basicly I have a faulse hip and a bad hip. I've been told basicly, the less I way the longer my hip will last. Last time I joined the gym the excersizes I did was putting strain on my hips which defeated the point of going. So I stopped going which I was quite gutted about but my legs became really bad. I'm a little better now. Enough to the point where I am about to join a new gym. But if I go back to doing what I did I will just make myself worse. Basicly I need to do excersizes where there is NO weight on my legs. So miminal weight bearing. Swimming is a good one and the excersize bike as I am sat down on the bike. What else could I do? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
