Calves are a diffent kettle of tuna and I would expect most to be able to push more on calves than doing a proper leg press/squat

calves and traps are 'high recovery' muscles.

ie. you could nail them twice a week and they recover quickly.

other muscles should only be hit once a week.

I did do dianobal tablets, came off after the course for 2 month, then went onto Sus & Deca
