I seriously need to lose weight whilst im young and i can, ive just joined the gym and ive been cutting out fatty foods but im finding it very hard to maintain this diet as im used to eatin maccy d's and fatty foods. Does anyone know of effective diet pills that will speed up my metabolism and also what do people recommend as a good diet. Im eating an apple for breakfast, salad for lunch then mostly low calorie ready cooked meals for tea. any help and tips apppreciated

I personally wouldnt bother with pills.
Cut your diet back. Properly. Get rid of all of the shit, fast foods, limit yourself to stuff like chips, bacon (anything fatty, high in salt or calories). Do not snack, unless it is on fruit.
You dont need to go mad in the gym. Maybe a single CV session a week, and then mix some CV in with some weights for another 2/3 days to begin with.
If you stick to it and are determined you will lose it pretty quickly because you are young. I am 19 and have gone from 14 1/2 stone of pure fat to 12 stone(ish) in aout 3 months - and I am pretty well built now. The above is pretty much exactly what I did (Oh and quit drinking for 8 months).
Of course everyone is different but give it a try and see how it goes??
Oh and as for metabolism, I went from taking a shit twice a week to a couple of times a day - thats how I measured it

Stuff I have been told before.
up your water intake (to about 4 ltrs per day) when you piss you piss a percentage of fat, you really need to stay hydrated, which has the added bonus of helping your body burn fat more efficiently.
sometimes when you are hungry the body is just saying its dehydrated,
try vitaminC tablets 1000mg ones in a long tube drop 1, 3 times a day into a pint of water (morning, afternoon and night) 2 weeks should see 4-5lbs gone from that alone.
plenty of cardio, but dont over do it, after you run for 45-60 minutes your body starts burning muscle, rather than fat, for fuel.
as for tablets I have tried ones that up your metabolism and they were crap,
tried cida cordipholia and they worked well, its a bit of a food supressant and its froma nutural plant.

Its amazin how may people ask that lol.
Its a very complicated policy but i'll try my best to explain it. The car is "owned" by my dads company and not by me....however me and my father share the use of it. i mainly use it because of my fathers ill health. The policy its under is a bit different from the norm. the company is allowed to "lend" the car out when they want aslong as its not used for financial gain and aslong as its not leant to anone thats not employed there. Therefore i am able to use as im emplyed there and i only use it for social use.
