what excercises do you use for the chest?
try some incline barbell presses with a nice slow negative,
also make sure your delts arent doing most of the work when you are doing pressing movements for the chest

I thought the same about myself mate but although my chest doesn't look like its growing I have noticed that the muscle has becoming harder when tensed and feels denser
My understanding on it is you have to build the basics first then the size will come later

Why not try and do Chest with Tri's and Back with Biceps.. ??
My chest grew very well in 3 months.. That included eating loads of chicken and the Mass Factor shakes.
good luck

Personally I would suggest heavy weights with basic lifting exercises. ie bench press and dumbell press both on the flat and inclined. I wouldn't fuss too much over flys, crossovers and peck deck etc as I dont see them as great size produces, more of a cutting tool.

You maybe like me and you are someone who doesn't respond well to barbell work for the chest. I prefer dumbbells and fly type movements.
You have to remember that the natural movement for the chest muscle is similar to hugging a tree so if you can go heavier and heavier on dumbbell presses and fly's then this may suit you better.
Just make sure you are nice and warm before doing heavy flys. Also add weighted wide grip dips to the routine. These are old school movements but should do the job.
So I'd do
Low inc Dumbbell press
Low inc flys
Weighted wide grip dips
6-8 rep range and now more than 3 sets per exercise. Sorted

the best thing i found is doing proper press ups not 50 in 2 minutes but try doing reps of 30 slowly right down and up and open the chest right up works great for me i had nowt at all and this works for me hth
