My husbund has put on 1 stone and a half(too much beer), and needs to shift it, quick as we have a large family get together soon,

I know Elvis Presley used amphetamines to slim down to get in his tight leather suit in '68,

Its probably not wise to recommend stuff on a forum but you may wish to look into an Ephedrine, caffine & aspirin mix.

Do you homework though FFS as it can have bad side effects. Raises blood pressure, increased heart rate, insomnia, headaches, cramps. etc etc..

apart from that tell him to get off his arse and exercise with a better diet.
