I've stopped eating them, Have done now for the last 2-3 weeks...

U just dont like eating them no more, Not even Jacket Spuds


Havent eaten chips for ages,.. normally just had boiled spuds when having a dinner etc


Is this a bad thing for my diet?

Spuds are full of starch, apparently good for weight gain.

Rad have you tried replacing it wil brocolli
