Default eating beef..?

what are the benefits of beef? are there any?

in my diet the meats i usually eat are chicken and lamb, but no beef

If i wanted to bulk up and weight train for bodytone would beef be suitable, does it give you gain in strength etc?

interested to know

IMO beef is exacly the same as chicken. Yer its got a lot of protein and caleries, good to bulk up, but just buy some weight gain and mix it with your protein shake, make sure there high quality though otherwise the proteins in them will not be able to 'digest' into your body.
