no as honey is natural sugar and sugar is processed sugar, massive difference really, i used to have porridge with sugar then a few months later porridge with honey, much nicer and better for you too

40-50 g of oats in water.... chopped banana/raisins to flavour + 2 scoops of whey in a water shake

3 hours later.. a chicken breast
