I know it was all those weeks ago ... but did anyone count how much they gained/lost of the x-mas break ?

wasn't too bad over the holidays but been gradually putting on a bit over the last few months, been training but not pushing myself like i used to, didn't for last 2 weeks of year but now started back and determined to get myself together again, started enjoying it again so thats 1/2 the battle

I should of said ... I didn't put on much weight considering the amount I ate.

gunner - I stopped the gym on the Friday before x-mas, and gave it as much as I could do ... just to get me through the following week

put on 6 pounds between xmas and new year, reason??? ate and drank everything in sight and did no exercise at all!!! got it all off again now tho
