whats the best way to increase this ? mine is shit, im hungry all the time, yet i just put on wheight, and when im digesting a meal i have to take deep slow breathes, that i can actually hear myself breathing. this is bad because...

try to change your diet mate, cut all the crap out of it, eat smaller meals but more often and try to eat as least carbs as you can if you wana loso weight.

im the same mate im 21
weigh 16 stone and am 6ft tall i have the same problem
the way to increase your motablism is exercise mate, rich coming from me but, let me know if you find a way, thanks

Good luck, I tried speeding mine up and it made me ill
I only have one proper meal a day, probably have a slice of toast for breakfast if I can face it, nothing for dinner or if I'm home I might have a sandwhich, then a decent sized main evening meal. Changed this to small breakfast, small snack, small dinner, small snack, smaller evening meal, snack before bed, only managed it for a few days as it made me really ill, stomach ache and the shits

Take one standardised green tea capsule a day, the fat will fall off, takes about one month to take effect.
I do GYM 6 days a week 13/15 hours CV + weights(heavy) weigh 20 stone am 5' 9 1/2" body fat 17%
BP 120/80 resting pulse 56, can do hours at a time on x trainer but still can't run moe than 3 mins at 9mph, peas me off this does.
Seriously green tea has been known about for 100's years.
I get mine from GNC cos it's local but HOLLAND + BARRETT do these as well, feel so much better with them.
Another good one is EPH, or EPHEDRINE HYDROCHLORIDE, from states awsomely good and effective, lost lots of weight with this.
