Well its been a while since i've been in here
How is everyone?
My training has been really hit an miss this year what with new baby, new job and a house move. I'm slowly getting back to normal but training is a struggle. I haven't joined a gym but set myself up in the garage.
It means if I'm home late I can still get a reasonable work out in. I've just got to make sure I don't hit this!
My weight is now 15stone and I'm no longer training for size. If I can keep hold of what's left of my muscle and get a bike or cross trainer then hopefully I can get rid of some of this fat. This is what I currently look like. A bit smaller than a year ago!
And despite what the t-shirt says, squats are definately out due to a prolonged back injury which I'm finally getting treatment for . Thankfully they were pretty big before hand
Hopefully by looking in here more often it will motivate me a bit more.

looking good paul, what size those arms? Your starting to look cut, I`m still training away, you did me a diet thing out ages ago, still struggling on, just hit 13 1/2 stone so I think I`m doing ok. Loving the car too by the way

Cheers Mackers, glad you are making progress, I don't know what my arms are these days. Gone are the days of 20"'s They're probably still over 18" when pumped though. They're not pumped in the picture

at least you can look back and say you`ve been there and had the 20`s. Nothin wrong with 18`s mine are only just 14 and climbing but I`m getting there. When your training how often do your weights your lifting increase? Say for benching?

Training for me has turned to shit! Had quite a bit of time off for personal reasons and this week is my first full week (so far) for about 4 months. Its rather depressing when you can hardly lift anywhere near what you could but I will get it back eventually.
I've lost about a stone in overall weight (currently 228lbs) and prob put half a stone on round my gut!
Happy Days! Hopefuly going to start training in a week or two with a mate whos about 22 stone as I think its good to be the weaker training partner as you constantly push harder to catch up.

well mate you dont look 25% fat
last time i was measured for body fat i was 11% now im a stone and a half heavier than before and dunno how to work it out

As said looking good Paul and like yourself I have been here for ages!
I have put on that 3 stone I lost and am back with the girfriend! I have just joined another gym in order to get back into some sort of shape!
