Too much protein ?

Too much protein ?
Just wanted to ask your opinions..
After taking in alot of what has been said to me on here and the gym I have got myself a diet of some description..
The problem I have now though is I'm visiting the toilet more that I should be.... about 3 times a day !!
I cook up 500g of chicken in the morning which works out to 200gramms when cooked... these go into 4-6 sandwiches
Breakfast - large bowl of porridge
11am - 2 chicken sandwiches
1pm - 2-4 chicken sandwiches, yoghurt, banana, orange, little apple pie.
4pm - EAS Mass Factor weight gain
6pm - Gym with shake after gym
8pm dinner... sometimes pasta or rice with chicken,,, or lean mince
11pm cereal
Now I think i may be eating too much protein as the shakes give me alot, and then the added chicken.
Help please !!
Feels like it's not worth eating if it is just gunna come back out shortly after.. (sorry)
