Creaky joints
Not entirely sure where this post should go ... but joints do wear and move when doing weights (so there :P)
Just wondering if anyone has come across something to help joints move around easier. I remember seeing something about oils somewhere.
When doing punches, my right elbow clicks slightly when extending. I also get slight click when getting up after being sat down with my knees folded (ya get what I mean) ... and finally, my ankles (in particular, my right) click when making rapid movement (so changing gear can sound painful).
... all of the above have never caused pain, but I'm sure if I keep it up something will have to wear at some point.

i suggest you try glucosamine
an instructor recommended it to me months ago
been taking 2 500mg tabs per day since
seems to not only stop the clicking/cracking but i find it aids flexibility (why i was told about it)
google it for techy info lol

Will do ... thanking you
I think my knees are the strange bits. When standing up, I can bend them the wrong way (knee caps moving backwards) ... this causes leg stretches in Kung Fu to be strange, doing box splits I have to keep my knees slightly bent ... but doing splits (one leg in front, and one behind) my knees will bend the wrong way.
It's quite gross
