GYM/FITNESS HELP...........
Im 6' 5" and weigh 12stone 3lbs im prity lanky and have no fat on my bod, thing is i eat loads and loads of food and dont put any weight on...........thing is ive just split from my wife and ive always wanted to gain weight but never had the time etc.........so my question, whats the best foods to eat to gain extra weight bearing in mind in work nights and im away from home during the week so cooking massive extrafigant meals is out of the question during the week......i dont want to be big just nicely toned and say 13stone max????im not a member of a gym so any advice will be great cheers guys

best advice is to set yourself up with a realistic workout routine something that you'll be happy to stick with and not after a couple of weeks start thinking of any excuse not to do it.
as for diet, i wouldn't go over the top as your only looking to tone up which you should be able to do naturally with a decent routine. just cut down on the shit.
it wont happen over nigt but give it time and you'll start to see results if you stick with it.

Hey mate, you should be looking to eat a range of meat if your wanting to bulk up, from what youve said, youve obv got a high metabolism, which is a good thing.
As for a work out routine, its all done to weights and reps. You could look at setting up a circuit of sit-ups : push ups : pull ups : dumb bells : etc..
Please note ~ for any signs of beneficial use, you have to train for a minimum of 20 mins in 'the zone'.

cheers mj rst, im going to look into joining a gym in the new year and ill be going hopefully 3 times a week with a bit of swimming aswell
