Benching Question?
Just a quick question i think i know the anwser but would like to ask the experts:
What is the primary muscle parts worked out in an incline and decline bench press, also what is the difference with a wide grip and narrow grip?

Incline will work the upper muscles in your chest, decline works the lower muscles.
Wide grip will work the chest where a close grip works the tri-ceps
Wide grip will work the chest where a close grip works the tri-ceps
