Default anyone heard of or use M1T?

been reading a few forums about it and its supposed to be quite an effective supplement.

People using it for just two - three weeks have reported gains of 14lbs, which aint bad going.

Anyone know if its an illegal product, or anything else about it?!

Not going to buy any quite yet as im only reading up about it, but would be interested on peoples views...

hmm by the looks of it its a prohormone meaning its an illegal substance...whoops.

some of the side effects people have mentioned arent even worth thinking about.. brown urine and aching kidneys causing loss of sleep...ouch!

think i'll stick to my creatine and whey as well as training and lots of sleep

all a prohormone is is some thing that can change into something else in your body in its simpliest terms zinc is a prohormone as it CAN turn to testoserone in the body personally all the reports ive heard from pro hormones are just the negative effects as in achne greasy skin increased agression and loss of hair but rarely do they involve any positive effects so if you were going to use something like that may aswell get some gear as it will probs be the same price too and you definatly get results

ah cool thanks for the info mate.

To be honest im noticing good gains on my current run of creatine and protien shakes so not sure if i rely need to look at heavier supplements yet.

With such side effects i think id probably be put of them anyway...

erm, zinc is NOT a prohormone lol.

but yeah, AAS would prob be the same price and give better results with (relatively) less sides.
i was being sarcstic tho, dont go on gear lol
