Advice on new routine....
Just been given my new workout plan by my mate who's been reading Arnold swarziblahblah.
Plan now is..
mon - chest - back - abdominals
Tues - shoulders - upperarms - fore arms and adominals
weds - thighs - calves - adominal
Thurs - chest - back - adominals
fri - shoulders-uper arms fore arms and adominals
sat legs and lower bak
Sunday - Day off
4 sets of 8-12 reps for upper bod and 4 sets of 12 - 14 reps for legs.
Now I have been told previously that higer reps are for toning.
Previously we did 4 days a week... 3 sets of 8 reps.
What do people think about this routine?

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
6 days a week seems like a bit much to me but if its ok for you why not, I like a few days rest. What you trying to do? Size? I started a new routine last month of 5 sets of 5 reps at the heaviest you can lift and increase it everyweek and I`m really putting on the size, it 4 days a week by the way. Just do what suits you best and remember to eat loads of good quality food.
