if you are quite big already mate then you will need to do more reps to tone it into muscle,i was quite skinny so i hit big weight to put on size first.also eat alot of chicken, rice and tuna and its good to do that just after youve worked out cos the protien goes straight into your muscles to rebuild them. also if you want chest you should vary from doing flat bench with decline and inlcline to give an alround shape, and flys to define the middle.upper back will help- with frame size due to lats becoming bigger under arms.

You can't do chest every time.. You need time for your muscle s to rest..

Do each muscle group once a week as Nil advises above.

Do you have anyone to goto the gym with as I have found it soo much better having someone to push you and spot too

Yea as said above, you should do one mucle group and then move on to another group to let the muscles rest,

Also get a good diet plan and most important is too stick with it
