Default What to eat in between meals...

I'm literally about to go downstairs at work and sign up to the gym... (Got a fitness first in the building and its only £5 per month!! ).

Aiming to lose a bit of beer belly and generally get fitter...

My question is food related! I have a relatively healthy diet (good brekky, decentish lunch and a good dinner) but I'm finding in between times i'm gettin peckish and start picking and cakes, sweets, choccy bars etc to stop the stomach from rumbling, especially now im working in an office with a vending machine!

I'm not sure how to get around this. I've tried just drinking water when its rumbling but it doesnt exactly help it, plus ive tried to increase the size of my meals (to fill me up more) but this doesnt help!

Any ideas what I can do? I'm worried that doing more exercise etc will make it worse!)

Cheers
Chris

I always eat fruit between meals. I believe the reason I have had such quick success in the gym is because I eat so much of it.

Its almost 1pm, already I have had 2 Banana's, 1 Apple & 1 Bunch of Grapes
