I sometimes go to the pub with some blokes from work and i only drink alcohol very very occasionally, a few times now i've drunk diet coke all night and ended up pissing like a race horse and unable to sleep when i get back. I have heard that alcohol wise, vodka/bacardi and diet coke is a good one if you fancy alcohol.

Any help appreciated, im trying hard to reach my goals and this ones got me stumped.

I always drink J2O in a pint glass with loads of ice lasts forever or Red Bull with Ice

just drink pint after pint of water, remeber that muscle is just made up of stored water!!!
or just have a sneeky pint in the toilet

only problem with that is a feel like a right tight arse if i was to ask for a pint of water at the bar!!

and i'd get stung with a round no doubt also!

I was in a very very expensive bar in manchester the other day who wanted 4 quid a glass of water, so fook that i went over the road and bought a evian and drunk that......

i drink lemonade and apple juice when im not drinking in the pub,,, dont look like coke and makes me feel less concious about being a non drinker if that makes sence
