ive been going to a fitness gym for the past 2 months and i started to like it but im not feeling the rip anymore ive done all sorts to change my routine but no joy, but 2 weeks ago i started to a gym called Iron Man in Preston which is a proper bodybuilding gym, just once a week aswell as going to the other gym and the two times ive been i was in pain but in a good way. A couple of my mates go there so i could properly train with them and they're always trying to get me to join, i think i will get more benifit by going to this gym than the other. It says on my contract if i wanna quit i need to give 3 months notice, i know it might sound bad but i culd always say i lost my job or im leaving ot work abroad if i wanted to leave, My aim is to get slightly bigger and stronger than i am, could do with peoples views on this please

Those franchised gyms are a REAL pain in the arse to get out of mate, I've had a major argument with Next Generation about notice periods. took me threatening court action for them to back-track and sort it out.
I've no helpful hints, but just beware, they can be right arseholes.
