Ive recently been doing leg raises using an inclined sit up bench. I have found that this works out my lower abs quite well as they feel tender/tighter for a few days afterwards, my question is......do leg raises help the upper abs/mid section as I cant really feel anything
Any help most appreciated, also, what other exercises are there for an all round mid section workout ?
