Had my lad this weekend and he decided he wanted to go back to his mums as his grandparents were down!
As always, the childs decision is 1st (he wants to come back BHM).
Thought I could go to the gym as soon as I dropped him off. Sorted.
Forgot the gym shut @ 8pm, had shorts and everything on ready for the cardio/weightlifting.
Decided to take him back, and go down my own shed, got a bench and weights down there. Turned out to be one of the best sessions Ive had.
Me on my own, no-one watching, etc
REALLY pushed myself and went really well.
The odd sesh on ur own really does wonders!
Was gonna sell the weights but will def keep em now
