Is tuna ok when trying to loose weight?
Ive been eating salad for lunch for a couple of months now and not as hungry in the evenings as before so it feels great.
Im just curious if its ok to eat tuna with the salad or does that spoil it? Im keeping away from potato and pasta so the only thing execpt salad is a bit of tuna, shrimps or ham.
Havent bothered checking my weight during all this time so have no idea if I lost anything.

yes, tuna is very good for weight loss as it contains tones of protein.
fish generally is very good for your weight, its just the way its cooked that makes it fatty ie fried.
i wouldnt be going crazy avoiding potatos/pasta though, as they contain the "good" carbs you need rather then the wasted emty carbs you get in junk food.
make sure your careful with what you dress your salad with also, as some dressings can wack up your calorie count without you realising.

Agree with the above
Try eating some oily fish.. high in omega 3, is really good for the body
Trout,Salmon, Mackerel, Herring, Sardines, Pilchards, Kipper, Eel,Whitebait, Tuna (fresh), Anchovies,Swordfish , Bloater, Cacha and Carp. (thats only some of them.. think there is a few more)
Yeap! Even a spoonful of mayonaise or salad cream could add 100 calories I think salad tastes better on its own anyway
