Default Advice

Been wanting to lose some excess weight and basically tone up slightly for a while and after just looking thru some of the topics in this forum I figure some of you in here know best lol.

Sooooooooo little about myself lol, Well im 30yrs old and over the last couple of yrs have gained a few(ok maybe a little more) lbs.

At the moment im around the 6'2 and around the 16st 8lb, Legs and arms dont seem to have altered much and the weight seems to have gone on my stomach and chest area

Ideally I want to be around the 15st mark maybe a tad lighter and to have all the right bits toned up(Nothing to extreme though)

At the moment my exercise regime is pretty poor (I play 5 a side once a week )

I have now started watching what I eat more but need some advice on a daily eating schedule and what to eat and what not to eat aswell as some form of exercise to help rid the bits that have gained excess weight.

All help greatly appreciated
