Default Pauly's got a new 9" Rubber...

.....Baking Tray

The wifey picked this up the other day to make my protein bars in £6:99 for a 9 incher.

When she came home with it and said I've got you a rubber baking tray for your bars,.I thought WTF is she on about now!!, but the thing is bloody ace and the bars come out v.easily....and it can go in the dishwasher..bonus

My new flexible friend.

As you can see the bars come out with no probs and leave nothing behind.

Yum...16g Protein. - 10g Carbs. - 7g Fat (from mono & poly "good fats") per bar.

Just thought I would share

My current ones contain.

100g P-butter
6 egg whites
2 Tble spoons cocoa powder
35g Oats
Half jar apple sauce
3 Scoops Choc Whey.
