Ephedrine
I've tried searching, but didn't really get the info I wanted 
I got a load of this when I was at uni, used it with caffeine and asprin as an appetite suppressant when I was too busy revising to get out on the MTB.
We also used to take it on it's own and in quantity on the odd night out
Not seen it for years, and lost track of the lad I used to get it off, but i fancy some more - is it legal, and in any case, where can I get some from?
I think the ones we had were 25mg, and 50mg, but I couldn't swear to it...

Neil,
I have used Ephedrine before quite a lot and have to be honest and say it DOES work as its supposed to. It is a controlled substance as its a distant cousin of anphetamine so its not illegal to take but to deal it is illegal. there is a herbal form called ephedria but the proper stuff is called ephedrine hydrocloride. when i take it i do so before i train to give me that extra bit of energy and drive. it makes you sweat a lot and my heart had irregular beats and i couldnt really sleep but it makes a difference. the tabs were 25mg and i used to chew them up to get into my blood faster although they tasted like shit. i can still get them no probs and anything else for that matter.
