Posted on the boxing section preious saying that I had my ribs broken by some lovely gentlemen in Blackpool one night

Was well back into my training again though and got myself really fit and strong again, practice was no problem, even with rib blows!

Go out on Sunday around Cleveleys, end up in sugar sugar, come out and to cut a long story short I've chipped my knuckle on my right hand. Absolutley knackers now, and is really swollen, had it x rayed and there is nothing they can do for it. When I clench my fist now you can see the bone below the main part of my kncukle and the skin is so tight over it Really pissed off!

Cheers mate, bit of an update, headed down to training last night just to help out with some of the juniors as best i could. Got my hand strapped up and just did some light training. Couldnt do anything with the right, but it will bring my southpaw stance on loads, so nest time i'm in the ring and they suspect a dunn right hook as per usual they'll get KO'd with the left! Well thats the trainers look on things!

On a serious note, its coming along well, swelling has gone down alot, least there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

So how did you chip your knuckle and get your ribs bust?

Ribs were broken after a night out in blackpool, was kicked from pretty much heaven & hell / linekers area into the doorway of a shop called wigwam, being a blackpool lad i'm sure you can see the distance involved there! Luckily no punctures or anything, but they just took time to heal!

Knuckle was after a Sunday night spent in Sugar Sugar in the blue rinse area of cleveleys.

Swelling is really gone down now, i can type with 2 hands again.

Which Gym do you goto as you dont live far from me at all, infact I used to live on The Strand, but moved to just off west drive a few years ago.

Ouch!!

I use Poulton at the minute Nick, its about the best one of the Wyre Gyms, all the decent free weight Jims that i know of are bloody miles away.
