What healthy snack do you make?share...
Ok, heres my fav...
cut some chicken up into strips and grill on a george forman grill for 12 mins
chop up some different coloured peppers, some tomato and grate some carrot. Throw the vegetables on for the last 3 minutes.
While thats happening, warm up a wholemeal pitabread (makes them easier to slice too), maybe add a little cheese (or maybe not!) then fill the pitta to bursting point with everything. Try it, i love it and it only takes 10-15mins

Sound pretty tasty that, got no w/meal pittas left, but it shopping day tommorow so i think i'll stock up and give this a whirl!

Cawood - yeh, but tbh with chicken you dont really get any fat come off because its so lean, but i like the way it cooks the chicken, u get the lines on it

if I need something really quick then I just warm a wholemeal pitta and fill with low fat cottage cheese and salad, usually have one after training before my protein shake
cottage cheese is a life saver, it will usually go with anything and theres next to fuck all in it thats bad, so it helps me out with all sort of meals.
